Times of Judgment – Coming Soon

Currently, I’m writing Times of Judgment, the sixth novel in The End Times Saga. It’ll be available (hopefully) by June 9th, or a couple of days earlier. It’ll cover the last half of the Tribulation Period, where the Bowl Judgments from Revelation 16 will affect the whole world, unlike the trumpet judgments that affected 1/3 of the part of the world they were affecting. Lucifer joins forces with the Patriarch, after his second attempt at trying to usurp God’s authority, and they try to rule the rest of the population with an iron fist. Believers, especially the one hundred and forty four thousand witnesses, start getting rounded up and executed. Some … Continue reading

Upcoming fifth novel in The End Times Saga

Currently, I’m writing the fifth novel in The End Times Saga, called “Times of Destruction.” Based on how many words I’ve written with the others, I’d say I’m about halfway through. It’ll be based mostly in the first three and a half years of Tribulation period right after the rapture, and I plan on writing a novel based on the last three and half years of the Tribulation a couple months from now. I’m even thinking of the possibility of writing a novel in the Millenial period and maybe writing another one about the Great White Throne Judgment, but I’m not sure at this point. My church’s pastor has been … Continue reading

2013 Novel Sales

-My year in publishing- I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a great new year. As I do twice a year, I post what I’ve sold/given away over the year (or previous six months in the case of posting in June). As I discovered over the year when putting books into Kindle Select, that it’s become really over-rated, even the Kindle Countdown idea could use a lot more work, since I couldn’t get that to work for me either. Free days work well in that I’m getting lots of downloads, but doesn’t seem to boost sales beyond that, or even net borrows from Amazon Prime Members. I guess that … Continue reading

Author Interview: 10 Questions with Cliff Ball

Our interview today is with Cliff Ball. Thank you Cliff for being here today and for agreeing to do this interview. Question: Tell us a little about your “real” (Non-writing) life — family, job, church life. Does it give you inspiration for your writing? Does it get in the way of your writing, or are there times when you get help, from people or circumstances? Answer: Occasionally real life helps inspire my writing. What’s going on politically in our country has helped me write The End Times Saga, and I’ve used towns where my relatives live as towns some of my characters are from. I’ve used a personal experience from college (although … Continue reading

Timothy Phillips – Now Available on Amazon

Timothy Phillips is now available only on Amazon for $.99 for the first couple of weeks or borrow it for free if you’re an Amazon member, then it will be $2.99. Read the Chapter 1 excerpt here While this is part of The End Times Saga, I didn’t really include very many political elements in the story. I have an instance where he’s watching TV and there’s a story about Coptic Christians being slaughtered and the President claiming it was their fault that Muslims didn’t like them. Then, I have Timothy meeting the new President Collins at the inauguration and then mentioning his death and the collapse of the U.S., … Continue reading

Times of Turmoil released to Nook, Kobo, Apple, and Smashwords

Times of Turmoil is now also available to buy on ‪Nook, Kobo,  iTunes, my own webstore, ‬and ‪Smashwords ‬. When I published it in April, I put it into Amazon's KDP Select so I could get some momentum going with it. I might've stayed in it, if I had more borrows, but I had 12 for it, and I managed to get 2286 downloads from the 5 free days. The other novel I have in Select, Beyond the New Frontier, has done worse, having half of the downloads that Times of Turmoil has since October of last year, probably because people aren't all that into mixing genres like alternate history, … Continue reading
